Scrolling behavior

Could to please add an option for continuous / smooth scrolling in the whole app? At least on my phone it's just scrolling a few items im app lists and everywhere else, I don't find that very comfortable. Best regards

Can you please better describe what this contonious/smooth scrolling button should change? And maybe an example of an app with such "feature"
