Feature request: App Blacklist

Would it be possible to add an option to hide user-specified apps from display/search results? There are a handful of apps on F-Droid that share package names (microG being the most notable one I can think of), as well as other edge cases like installing an app from its git repo instead of on F-Droid, resulting in signing mismatch issues if you click on that app's update in Droid-ify.

Either way, thank you for your work on this app! It's like a breath of fresh air.

#291 is almost the same as this one.

This would be a great addition, though it would need a way to edit the blacklist, too.
