[Bug] Position in APP drawer reset to zero

If you open the APP drawer and scroll down the Position is reset to 0 after a few seconds.

Description

When scrolling down the APP drawer after a few seconds (in my testing it was between 5 and 30 seconds) the Position oft the APP drawer is reset (you are put at the start of the list)

Expected Behavior

The Position should be kept

Actual Behavior

It doesn't

Steps to Reproduce

1. open app drawer
2. scroll down
3. wait up to 30 seconds

Device and OS

• Device: OnePlus 5
• Android version: 13 LineageOS 20
• Launcher version: 0.9.3
• Rom: LineageOS 20 microg
