[Bug] No scroll bar is displayed for main app listing when scrolling list

Description When scrolling the main app listing, a scroll bar does not appear, so I have no idea where in the list I am.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Configure main app list to display many apps in it using the sort and filter button.
2. When long list of apps appears, scroll through the list
3. Notice that no scroll bar appears on the side of the list when scrolling, so you have no idea where in the list you are currently located (no idea how long the list is).
4. Also, because no scroll bar is displays, there is no way to "fast-scroll" the list by dragging the scroll bar indicator rapidly to another location in the scroll bar.

Expected behavior When scrolling, a scrollbar will appear in the right side of the list to indicate proportionately where in the list you are currently viewing.

System Information(please complete the following information):

• Device: Pixel 4a
• Android Version: 10
• ROM: (AOSP, MIUI, OOS...) Stock
• App's Version: 8.3.2
