[Bug] NB Freezes when clearing large cache

Description If I click "Clear Cache" for an app where the size of the cache is large (1.5gb), the app will essentially freeze for 10+ seconds.

Also, when I click the "Clear Cache" button I don't remember seeing the button visually confirm my button press - it just seems like the app freezes.

Expected behavior I would expect there to be a visual feedback indication that I press the button by the button temporarily changing tint color.

I would also expect some type of animation to indicate that the app is "working" in clearing the cache so I know it is doing something and didn't just lock up the app.
