Launcher is not loading until the animation of closing app ends

Describe the bug Oneplus 10T, Android 15. When I'm using gestures as system navigation, when I close the app, I need to wait until the animation of closing app ends. It takes about 1-2 seconds to end the animation. When I'm using buttons as system navigation I don't have that problem.

To Reproduce Use gestures as system navigation

Expected behavior Launcher loads immediately after closing the app.
