Allow changing the default contact icon.

I am using a custom icon set, so it would be nice to allow changing the default contact icon to a sufficient file on the phone from settings under user interface.

I could just change the profile picture related to any of the contacts that lack one to the same image but obviously that'd be tedious and not a long term solution.
