[@nativescript/background-http]: (iOS) No timeout option available to iOS NSURLRequest

It looks like there is no option to configure NSURLRequest.timeoutInterval when building a Task.

I haven't tested this issue definitively yet but it looks like this might be a desirable option to have, especially in my use case where users may be in areas of poor/low mobile signal.
