Nativescript Camera plugin makes the app to be killed by Android system on takePicture function

When I open the camera in certain devices like Mogo G5 the very moment the app calls takePicture function makes the app to crash or to be killed by android system with the following logcat error:

The plugin is unusable at this point so I'll try @nstudio/nativescript-camera-plus to see if the same happens
