Navigating back to Tabs view locks tab view

Environment Provide version numbers for the following components (information can be retrieved by running tns info in your project folder or by inspecting the package.json of the project):

Describe the bug I have a Tabs view in a root frame and from one of the tabs I navigate to another view using the root view. When I come back from that view to the Tabs view, the app is locked until I navigate to another tab.

To Reproduce

• use Android phone. Might reproduce also on iOS, but only tested on Android
• Using this playground, click the "Open third view" button on Tab 1
• click phone's back button to go back to the Tabs view
• notice how clicking the button doesn't work anymore. Any other elements in that tab won't work anymore.
• to make the button work again, navigate to Tab 2 and then back to Tab 1

Expected behavior When coming back to the Tabs view, the contents of the tab UI should work.
