Post-transform RDFS inference

Currently Skosify only supports RDFS inference which is performed before doing 
the type and property transformations. It would be useful to allow inference to 
also be performed after transformation.

The --infer option should be split into two options: --pre-infer and 
--post-infer.

The current custom skosext inferences could perhaps be more cleanly implemented 
using RDFS post-inference.
