Taz Wanted terrible framerate that wont go above 5 with game assets being rendered.
Describe the bug
- Framerate is far too low at an average of 2 frames per second
- remix-0.4.1-release
- RTX 4090
- GPU driver version: 551.61
- Game version 1.0 installed off an official retail CD using Elishacloud's directx wrapper: https://github.com/elishacloud/dxwrapper

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- launch the game
- skip the opening intro video's
- let the opening cutscene play or skip it and try to interact with the title screen
Expected behavior
- The framerate probably should not be that low on higher end hardware.

Hey i am so sorry i managed to get mixed up because i have 2 tickets open and forgot to update this one. On remix 5.0 the game just flat crash's on launch here are the log files for it: Remix 0.5.0 Combined TazWanted Logs.zip
Updating to 0.5.1 yesterday i could swear it launched fine but today it just crash's on launch as well so here are the logs: Remix 0.5.1 COMBINED TazWanted First launch Log.zip
EDIT: there is a reason it worked yesterday i found out using the Remix Discord servers downloader it combines different dxvk's and bridge runtimes so i have updated the logs to include the Build_names.txt files and i have tested the original releases from here: https://github.com/NVIDIAGameWorks/rtx-remix/releases Here is the result from 0.5.1: Remix 0.5.1 Tazwanted Logs.zip and here is 0.5.0 which also launches and makes it to menu: Remix 0.5.0 TazWanted Logs.zip
