"Clustered Acceleration Structure" allows to use clusters (a collection of bounding boxes and 64/128 triangles) instead of detailed meshes.

CLAS is a nice feature. It will be added. It would be good to get an official D3D12 support first and an EXT extension in VK. Right now I would rate this as a low priority task, considering it to be an important feature in the future.
