How to build trtexec in Windows 11?

Hello, how can I build trtexec in Windows 11? Tried with cmake but it's giving plenty of errors...

You can download https://developer.nvidia.com/tensorrt/download/10x windows version , Zip Packages for Windows (like TensorRT-10.4.0.26.Windows.win10.cuda-11.8.zip)
