Fix illegal memory access for flattened poses

The poses from the sampling function are flattened before they are padded to match the number of batches. This PR moves the flattening after the padding to avoid illegal memory accesses when using a number of poses that is not divisible by the number of batches.

Thanks for catching and fixing this, it looks good to me. We will include this fix in the next patch for release-3.2.
