GPG error, can't run apt-get update in docker

I started to have the following problem when launch the ISAAC_ROS docker container using the provided bash script:

GPG error: https://apt.kitware.com/ubuntu focal InRelease: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 1A127079A92F09ED

How do I solve?
