Update READMEs for S3 access to use SSO tool

• Make an .aws directory in your home directory
  • Windows: C:\Users\myname\.aws
  • Mac: ~/.aws
• Download the ZIP file for NREL's aws-sso-tool into your .aws directory
• Activate a Conda environment that has boto3 installed in it for example, the comstockpostproc environment
• Connect to the NREL VPN
• Setup the AWS-SSO-tool following the directions in the README
  • Select the nrel-aws-resbldg-developers role

$ python aws-sso-tool config

• Get credentials which expire every 8 hrs, so you must connect to the NREL VPN and get-credentials every 8 hrs

$ python aws-sso-tool get-credentials

@mpraprost can you test this method for AWS access out and update the READMEs if it works for you? (I've been using it for a while, just don't know if I forgot any steps).
