More general spectral grouping

At the moment we can group spectra according to the molecular family ID that comes from the GNPS output. But we should be able to handle any form of grouping, defined by a .csv file - so we need an input format that users can provide any grouping they like in. e.g. csv file, first column is scan (the spectrum ID) and second is group ID.
