Incorporate the nPDF determination into the fitting framework

The items below describe the general roadmap (ordered in terms of priority and relevance) in order to achieve the inclusion of the nuclear part into the proton-fit framework:

• [ ] Make sure that validphys properly loads the experimental data and theoretical predictions. This addresses various technical issues such as creating new data and theory database as well as design concepts such as the naming formats.
• [ ] Modify n3fit to accommodate the extra-parameters required by the nuclear fit. To a first approximation, this entails adding extra-inputs and outputs to the Neural Network and modifying the objective function.
• [ ] Add extra-functionalities to validphys in order to generate reports with nuclear fit results.

For the time being, all of the above will be carried on using the current existing toolchain. The required changes will be reflected once the new toolchain is in place.
