Make separate issue templates that direct people to make an issue about

  1. something is wrong with the template
    • add label template-related and assign it
  2. something is wrong with the generated code
    • add label generated-package-related and assign it

This feels a bit like overkill to me. It may also actually impose barriers for people that just want to quickly report an issue without too much fuss and hence could decrease community involvement, especially for the software we typically produce, which will have only a handful of users, surely initially. Managing issues on this finegrained level will be a problem only very popular packages may have to deal with, so let's leave it out of the default.
