Quality checks format

So this is a semi-PR for the time being, just to gauge whether the format works. I've put in possible new headings, and have re-formatted two of the checks. Although it will make for a longer page, because there's not really more than ~5 or so checks per category, it shouldn't feel too unwieldy.
