Issue with Pivot Point and Angle

I'm suspecting that there is a bug in the angle conversion of the wrf.vertcross routine. When used with pivot point and angle instead of start- and end- points, the routine converts only angles between -45 and 135 right. Angles outside this range are converted to something wrong. I can see that one can use the whole domain with these 180 degrees but it is tiresome and unnecessarily complicated.

Need to investigate, since the code was ported from NCL with no known issues.
