Support of MeasuredLocation in relation to the static methods of Location

The issue here is not about the proper handling of the latitude and longitude properties, which works fine, but about:

1. Possibly carrying over the measured value to the result object for: greatCircleLocation, rhumbLocation and linearLocation
2. Possibly making these static methods available directly from MeasuredLocation
