[Bug]: Draw Tool - Point feature Symbols don't change from circle

Describe the bug

When I used the Draw tool to make point features, I tried changing the default symbol to a Square, Triangle, or Diamond. I clicked "Save All Changes", but the symbol stayed a circle.

What did you expect?

I expected the point symbol to change to what I changed it to be within the Draw Tool.

Reproducible steps

1.Open Draw Tool
2. Starting editing in a file
3. Add points.
4. Click on a point.
5. Change the Symbol to a Square.
6. Click "Save All Changes".
Point symbol does not change.
