Measure Tool doesn't work crossing the dateline.

When you pan far west or east on the basemap, longitude values may be greater than -180 or +180. If the values are greater/lesser than these values, the line will not draw.

Profile chart is not drawn
Line colors won't change when crossing dateline or if no DEM
