[Improvement] Update 3D Tiles render

The current Lithosphere release relies on an older version of the 3D Tiles Render (https://github.com/NASA-AMMOS/3DTilesRendererJS). It would be nice to upgrade this library and add support for Cesium 3D Tiles and other tilesets from Google.
