MCT Adaptation query issues: LAD<Cubesat issue>

The MCT Adaptation does not account for LAD data queries in MCT.

LAD data queries are telemetry queries with a size of one between two timestamps. Example:

channel1 timestamp_start timestamp_end latest 1

The expected return is the latest timestamp for that channel between those points of size 1.

It's unclear if the /latest uri could fulfill this functionality, or if further influxdb intergration is needed.
