Proposal for technological and best practices update for the C# script

Philosophy

Considering the technological advancements of recent years, where artificial intelligence has been reshaping all areas, it is only fitting for us to follow the same path of innovation. This proposal was inspired by issue #227 created by @roh26it.

The highlighted items are:

• Added ChatGpt support to generate excuses and reasons;
• Updated the coding to dotnet 6 (minimal Program.cs);
• Adding pt-BR language to the readme.md;
• Clean code in some parts.
