Add an option to use Vegas+ as integration algorithm

Since we are using VegasFlow as integration library it would be nice to add an option to easily change between integration algorithm. Soon Vegas+ will be merged https://github.com/N3PDF/vegasflow/pull/64 so it's a good first try.
