"Failed to resolve: com.android.support:support-core-utils:24.0.0" when data binding is enabled

I'm improving the project by adding data binding but gradle throws me an error says "Failed to resolve: com.android.support:support-core-utils:24.0.0".

Seems like this shouldn't be an issue right now.

Data binding is enabled in the mobile build.gradle file, and the supportVersion variable is set to 27. 24 shouldn't be being pulled in as far as I can tell.

Are you still experiencing this?
