OpenCV filter Yolo no longer working

OpenCV filter Yolo is no longer worky. It's because the classifier thread is never started. I can see that it has been removed from the constructor, but I'm not sure where it's supposed to go.

Yep I confirm it is not working with the version 1.1.150
