Upgrade python/jython service

@seb this weenkend asked me if it is possible to update python service to anticipate Python 2.7 end of life Countdown

I awnsered it will be great to open a ticket , and talk about it.

If you can find an updated Jython version, I'm all for it. As far as I know their latest release is 2.7 in like May 2015 (altough active development till today). They started a 3.5 version, but implentation stopped for some reason more than a year ago.
