#275 Correct fragment tracking for correct GetLastFragmentInfo in MvxCachingFragmentCompatActivity

  • Implemented Stack to track fragment tags (top most is current/last fragment)
  • Inserted tracking in Show And Close methods
  • Implemented OnSaveInstanceState and Restore to keep Stack
  • ToFragment() for IMvxFragmentView to Fragments
