federation fee are unclear
While using two wallets within the same federation, I sent 10 sats from Wallet A to Wallet B. Later, I wanted to send 10 sats back from Wallet B to Wallet A. This transaction was not possible, which was acceptable, as there could be a transaction fee. However, the wallet did not allow a payment of exactly 10 sats, so I sent 9 sats instead. At this point, I had 1 sat remaining in Wallet B
What it is wrong? why I do not have fee to pay but I can not send the full 10 sats?
Adding to this comment. It would look like that mutiny wallet assumes a minimum of 1 sat fee on a lightning payment. So this means that when I want to payout my entire wallet to another wallet in the same federation it, it shows as if there are not enough funds.
