ARP active bone collections turned off after using armature smart check button

As the title say, I have to constantly turn the bone collections back on after every time I use the smart check feature. Sometimes causing to forget to re-activate the main bone collections that will get hidden leading to need to make pointless updates to fix it. I know this is a human error but it would be nice if the smart check didn't deactivate the main rig every time :(
