Lips Shrinkwrap tool

is there any chance to have the lip shrink-wrap tool to return in some form? It's been requested to me a couple of times as of why I took it down of my models and had to explain it's been discontinued from the UI, apparently it actually was a highly used, maybe with a different name?

I can try to make it again. The implementation was terrible and hard to maintain, I'll have to make it again in a better way. :)
