desktop I sent 20k MUSIC to my wallet from Bittrex; but it won't show up in my wallet

basically what I stated in the subject is the issue; not sure what else I can say that might be helpful

What's the wallet address? Did you sync fully in your desktop app?

It doesn't seem to want to sync actually - which seems to be the underlying problem. Do you some troubleshooting protocols for syncing issues?

the explorer of the blockchain has shown this balance https://explorer.musicoin.org/account/0x6ac61ce588c216acb0cec346ce540e0849de5308, so it's safe. You just need to keep the wallet open and wait for its synching.

I have the same problem. In desktop, the wallet shows 0 balance and gives an error for GMC not started syncronizing, but in the explorer, I see my balance. I left it open for over an hour, nothing changed. How can I get access to my balance? Can I do it online somehow?
