Allow using API tokens to connect to remote accounts

In some case, when your organization enforces SSO authentication on remote (Bitbucket, Github, etc.), it's just not possible to set a password on a the account, making impossible to use the remote repository features in GittyUp. The authentication should allow using API tokens.
