As a work around you can clear all. Just select the gear icon in the bottom left and click "clear all recent"

I searched far and wide on the internet looking for a way to delete / remove a repo from Gittyup, before stumbling upon this comment and realizing that there is, in fact, a gear icon and + - icons down there.... Thank you <3
