Describe the bug

As discussed in issue #1752 the disabled/frozen status is shown correctly (status updated) only after wiping data. This seems to be an ongoing problem.

Even after wiping data, if a new app gets either frozen, or unfrozen, a new data wipe is needed for the app to show is current status correctly. Wiping cache won't correctly refresh status.

To Reproduce

  1. Freeze an app.
  2. Exit App Manager and relaunch it.
  3. Check the status of the app previously frozen app.

Expected behavior

Following the 3 steps described above, the status of a previously frozen app should be shown as such (frozen/disabled).

Screenshots

Instead, the status is shown as unfrozen until data is wiped and app relaunched.

Can confirm that filtering of apps seems not to work properly. Same 4.0.5 with S23 / Android 15. Some user apps that are frozen are not listed (although I couldn't even see their icons), on the other hand are apps listed as frozen, which aren't frozen. I couldn't find a rule what is shown and why, and which are not.
