Detect and reveal protection pairip

Describe a description of the new feature

I installed an app with pairip protection of Google. Inside apk there is library libpairipcore, but when I run the scanner on apk no library is detect. I tried to scan the split arm64 where the library is located, App Manager 4.0.5 report "No libraries". Could you implement detection of this library?

@gnuhead-chieb was responsible for updating the native libraries. Since he's inactive for several years, the future of the native libraries is uncertain.
