Non-Gradle modules not present in github project

Unsupported Modules Detected: Compilation is not supported for following modules: YIFYapp, app, lgsnackbar. Unfortunately you can't have non-Gradle Java modules and Android-Gradle modules in one project.

Please include following - YIFYapp, app, lgsnackbar, modules to the project. Unable to recreate project.
