[Bug]: Uneasy Alliance achievement only unlocks in "world"

Bug Description
The "Uneasy Alliance" achievement doesn't unlock in worlds other than "world", even if it's an overworld dimension.
Steps to reproduce
- Start a server with only multiverse installed.
- Run
/mv create test normal - Wait for world to successfully create then use
/mvtp test -
/summon ghastand kill it. Uneasy Alliance will not unlock. - Run
/mvtp worldto return to the default world. -
/summon ghastand kill it again. This time Uneasy Alliance will unlock.

- [X] I was able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Multiverse plugins with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

This is a different problem, not pertaining to portals at all. In the example you'll see I'm just using /summon ghast.
