[Idea]: Add restriction to using /mvtp
Describe the feature
I would like to see a feature added where /mvtp can only be used if the player is near the spawn point of the world they're in. Players are abusing the /mvtp system to move to another world, and back, to effectively teleport to spawn, and I don't want that. I'm explicitly against /TP commands for players, to encourage world exploration and keep the difficulty.
How is the feature useful to all Multiverse users?
Setting a radius restriction can allow admins to force players to be near the spawnpoint to use /mvtp. A feature that I find very desirable.

This looks like a very specific feature that should be achieve by a spawn plugin. You probably better off with like a sign or portal at spawn instead of using to commands.
