Insta-Mine nodes on creative mode (with toggle on-off)

I would like to suggest Insta-mine. So this would be for creative mode and would also come with the creative priv. It would basically make you mine nodes in less then a second. I would like it to be a toggle because sometimes when you're building things you have to be careful, so that is why. I would like for a key like H to be the default for Insta-mine toggling on and off.
