Validating appStoreReceiptURL on the php back-office

I would like to switch to the new appStoreReceipt mechanism for validating in app purchases. Apple Tutorial works fine for doing it directly on the app but I am stuck on how to do it in the back-office by transmitting the receipt to it and contacting the iTunes Store from there to unlock remote features. I really tried everything but I still keep getting error 21002. Any hint?
