Main Body scroll behaviour

Hello, thanks for the great plugin. I was wondering how can i change the default behaviour of the popup iframe that sets the main body element of the nova pages (index pages ...) to overflow hidden. I have a very small popup iframe and i want to scroll the page behind it. is there anyway ?
