DEX Wizard will not complete setup

DEX wizard won't complete the setup, unable to sign, keeps giving message "Failed to fetch" when using either Portis or Metamask. Using Chrome on MacOS Big Sur 11.6. Build files uploaded to a server that is running CentOS 6, PHP 7.4.

Metamask fails to sign, Portis gives a message that says "Success! You've signed a message!" except that the setup still fails to fetch.
