Incorrect search behavior after plugin installation, before restart

I found one small issue.

After installing new plugin from plugin store we automatically reload plugin index from disk and displaying list of the plugins correctly.

But. We not refreshing search index or cached list of assemblies, as far as I can tell. So newly installed plugin will not appear in search results. After restart plugin appears in search results.

I believe search index and plugins list should be synchronized. As soon as plugin appeared in plugins list it should also become part of updated search index.

What I found is when you search, it gives you the first result that match and only show this one. But if you remove last characters from the suggestion, the newly installed plugin does show
