[Suggestion] A tube that can be fed by Block Breaker and conducts redstone signal

I will allow for simpler drillheads in mining devices.

Right clicking on a Pressure tube with a Block of Redstone Strip turns it into a redstone tube, which behaves like you describe.

That's nice. A frame block with redstone tube would be awesome.
